Call Center Representative

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate appointments by cold calling in a fast-paced environment. A successful telemarketer must be friendly, persuasive, and a team player. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele through setting quality appointments.

This position is flexible with part-time and full-time availability.



  • Cold call businesses to make appointments for clients.
  • Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, and present their benefits.
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system.
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet appointment quotas.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.


  • Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting quotas preferably over the phone.
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Persistent and results-oriented.
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
  • High school diploma; BS/BA is a plus.
