We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate appointments by cold calling in a fast-paced environment. A successful telemarketer must be friendly, persuasive, and a team player. The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company’s clientele through setting quality appointments.
This position is flexible with part-time and full-time availability.
$13-$16/hr
Responsibilities
Cold call businesses to make appointments for clients.
Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, and present their benefits.
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system.
Go the “extra mile” to meet appointment quotas.
Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
Skills
Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role.
Proven track record of successfully meeting quotas preferably over the phone.
Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
